Lions feeding

Lions (Panthera leo) feeding on a sable carcass they have just caught at a waterhole. Some buffalo bulls who have little fear of the lions are approaching to show their dislike at having the pride at the waterhole.

HABITAT: Found in most habitats and healthy populations exist in the National Parks and protected areas. Generally though their numbers are in decline due to human pressure.
